Rules & Regulations

1. General Rules

  • All bets are placed in points. Points have no monetary value.
  • Users must be logged in with a valid User ID and password to place bets.
  • Management reserves the right to void any bet at its sole discretion.
  • Any form of cheating, multi-accounting, or abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.
  • By placing a bet, you agree to abide by all rules listed on this page.

2. Exchange (Match Odds)

  • Exchange markets follow standard back/lay betting rules. Back bets win when the selection wins; lay bets win when the selection loses.
  • Odds may change at any time before the bet is matched. The odds at the time of placement are final.
  • Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed per market and are subject to change.
  • In case of a tie or no result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise.

3. Bookmaker

  • Bookmaker markets are offered at fixed odds. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked in.
  • A bet placement delay may apply. During the delay the odds may change and the bet may be rejected.
  • Suspended markets cannot accept new bets. If a market is suspended during play, all pending bets on that market may be voided.

4. Fancy / Session Markets

  • Fancy bets use Yes/No instead of Back/Lay. "Yes" means you believe the value will be met or exceeded; "No" means it will not.
  • Once a session/over is completed, the result is final and bets will be settled accordingly.
  • If a match is abandoned or interrupted, fancy bets on completed sessions will stand. Bets on incomplete sessions will be voided.
  • Runs, wickets, and other session values are determined by official match data feeds.

5. Bet Settlement

  • Bets are settled based on the official result as provided by the data feed. Manual corrections may be applied if the feed reports an incorrect result.
  • Winning bet proceeds are credited to your points balance automatically upon settlement.
  • Voided bets will have the full stake returned to your balance.
  • Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of settlement. Contact your admin for resolution.

6. Account & Balance

  • Each user is assigned a unique User ID. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Points deposits and withdrawals are handled by your administrator. Contact them for balance adjustments.
  • Negative balances are not permitted. Bets that would cause a negative balance will be rejected.
